Officially founded in August 2022, Jones Helps U Move is built on 14 years of hands-on moving experience. We're a woman-owned, family-operated business, and we hold ourselves to a higher standard. We didn't start this company just to move some boxes, we started it to serve our neighbors. From day one we made a promise: we will never operate with hidden fees, and we will never lose our way no matter how much we grow. We hire for character first, we know the roads and the tight apartment hallways of Wake County, and when you book with us, you become our extended family, not just another dollar sign.

They packed everything with care (including going above and beyond to accommodate my MANY plants) and did an amazing job unpacking. They were also able to transport my 2nd car with short notice.
